VENDOR INFORMATION SHEET

General
-Variety of space sizes
-15 amp electrical service available
-Well lit Gallery
-Dock for easy loading/unloading
-Elevator access to 2nd floor
-Lighted showcases available

Terms & Rates
-$1.00 to $1.49 per sq. ft. per month
-Showcases $70.00 to $85.00 per month
-Single shelves $25.00 per month
-Rent is due on or before the last day of the month for the following month
-6 month minimum lease
-No sub-leasing by vendor
-All spaces and showcases are to be kept in a neat, clean, orderly fashion and rearranged at least once a month by lessee.
-Showcases are kept under lock & key by management.
-All items consigned must be labeled with tags or stickers.
-Nails and screws used in walls must be approved by management.
-All items consigned must be antique (Early 60's & older, 1963-1964, cut off dates) and of quality.
-New items, antique reproduction, articles depicting nudity, handguns, slot machines or objectionable material will not be allowed.
-Management has the right to reject and remove any article consigned.
-Unless otherwise specified by lessee, management has the right to discount by 10% in order t-o close a sale paid with cash or check; by 5% paid with credit card.
-Management is not responsible for theft or damaged items.
-8% commission will be charged on all items sold.
-A 5% charge will be deducted from gross sales on all credit card purchases.
-Weekly payout of sold merchandise less expenses.
-A detailed itemized listing of sales will be furnished with each payout period.
